The deadline for voter registration for the November 7, 2017 General/Special Elections is October 10, 2017. If you are not a registered voter, you must register no later than October 10th. There are several locations to register to vote leading up to the deadline. In a press release from the Floyd County Board of Elections, locations to register are listed below.
The Floyd County Board of Elections Department, located at 12 East 4Th Avenue, Suite 20, will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Other locations to register to vote are: local libraries, Georgia Department of Driver Services, online at the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, local high schools, universities, and colleges, and the Department of Children and Family Services.
