ATLANTA (AP) — Charles Mitchell scored 15 points, Adam Smith and Quinton Stephens each added 14 points and Georgia Tech beat Wisconsin-Green Bay 107-77 on Thursday night.
Marcus Georges-Hunt and Josh Heath each finished with 13 points for the Yellow Jackets (3-0), who never trailed and led by double digits from the early minutes of the first half.
Charles Cooper scored 9 of his 14 points in the early minutes of the second half for Green Bay (0-3). Jordan Fouse finished with 9 points.
Carrington Love, who began the game averaging 27 points, finished with 7 points after going just 3 for 12 from the field.
The Phoenix lost in overtime last Friday at Stanford. They lost 103-90 on Tuesday at East Tennessee State in a game that started at 6 a.m. to accommodate television.
