Most Americans spend more than 18 hours per week driving (which is over 17% of our waking hours).
The folks at WalletHub today released an in-depth analysis of 2016’s Strictest & Most Lenient States on High-Risk Drivers to identify the areas that are most serious about ensuring the well-being of motorists.
It turns out, according to their study, that Georgia is the 3rd strictest state on high risk drivers.
High-Risk Driving in Georgia (1=Strictest; 25=Avg.):
- 2nd – DUI Criminal Penalties
- 22nd – DUI Prevention
- 32nd – Speeding Enforcement
- 28th – Reckless Driving Penalties
- 18th – Average Increase in Cost of Insurance
