Weaver, a sophomore from Columbus, Georgia, finished her second year as a Viking with a stroke average of 78.82. Placing in the top ten in 8 of her 10 tournaments, she helped lead the Vikings to a third place at the Southern Athletic Association Championships. A member of the WGCA All-Region team, Weaver shot her best round of golf at the Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate Invite where she finished first overall (78-76-74-228).
Gross, a sophomore from Athens, Georgia, finished the season with 3 top-twenty finishes. She tied for sixth place at the Berry-OU Dual in September where she shot a season-low 84. Gross shot a season average of 89.13 in her sophomore year.
